Class Descriptions:

Aquafit - An energetic, low impact class that uses the water’s resistance to increase muscular strength while maximizing your cardiovascular system.

Aqua Step – A step workout in the pool using the resistance of water for a complete cardio and muscle workout.

Y-Fit Strength - This class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

 Y-Fit Kettlebells -  A strength, endurance and muscle toning class with focus on the use of Kettlebells

 Y-Fit Low Impact -  A low impact class to tone and build strength.

Y-Fit Circuit – High intensity cardio, strength, core and flexibility training all in one.

Y-Fit Bootcamp – Get a full body work out along with cardio components. 

Y-Cycle – Cardiovascular interval exercise designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. 

Beginner Yoga- gentle yoga with a focus on mediation

Yoga - Release tension and stress through stretching, strengthening and breathing awareness techniques.

Zumba® - Combines high energy and motivating Latino music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries.
