TRX Group

"TRX Group" suspension training is a versatile and effective training method for everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Exercises in suspension training build functional strength, improve flexibility, balance and core stability all at the same time! The benefits of suspension training are for everyone who wants to improve their fitness level safely and rapidly.  Ages: 16+

Monday & Wednesday - 5:30-6:30 pm

M: $55  NM: $110 + gst

 

Functional Training Camp

This circuit based training will use the TRX, medicine balls, kettlebells, ropes, plyo boxes and other strength and conditioning equipment and techniques to provide you with a high intensity, full body workout. Ages: 16+

Monday & Wednesday - 6:30-7:30 pm or 7:30-8:30 pm
