Adult Recreational Judo
Mondays & Wednesdays
Designed for ages 15 and older and is for all levels of Judo from beginner to advance. Focus is on technique and learning fundamentals, but provides a good opportunity for improving technique.
For students who are 12 years of age and older with a minimum belt ranking of orange belt. The class allows students to practice patterns and exercises used to simulate defending yourself using Judo techniques.
High Performance Class
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
This class is designed for those judo athletes who wish to compete in the sport. It is an intense class that focuses on conditioning, techniques and fighting practice.
*Additional Sask Judo fee applies to all Judo registrations.
Kendo accepts new beginners in September and January. Returning members, or people with previous kendo experience from other clubs, may join at any time throughout the year.
Mixed Martial Arts
9:00 - 10:30am Sunday
A high-intensity combat sport that combines various martial arts techniques in a controlled environment. The focus of this class is fitness and self-defence, not competition! For ages 16 and up.
Family Wado Kai Karate
6:30 - 7:45pm
Join with your kids to learn a traditional style of Karate based on the values of self-discipline, focus, sportsmanship, leadership, and respect for others.
3:00 - 4:00pm Monday-Thursday
Play recreational racquetball on Monday-Thursday, from 3:00-4:00 pm. Eye protection, balls and racquets available at Member Services Desk.
