YThrive Fitness Coaching

YThrive Fitness Training is included in your YMCA Membership. Choose from 5 programs, each designed to meet your fitness goals. You recieve a refreshed program every 30 days.

Low Intensity

Aquafit

An energetic, low-impact class that uses water resistance to
increase muscular strength while maximizing your cardio system.

Yoga

A physical and mental practice that focuses on relieving stress, supporting good health habits, improving balance and flexibility, and relieving tension throughout the body.

Medium Intensity

Y-Strength

Get a great full body workout full of strength training and cardio

Y-Cycle

Cardiovascular interval exercise designed to provide you with optimal fat-burning and strength training

Pickleball

A game that combines the elements of badminton, tennis, and Ping-Pong. Great for improving cardiovascular fitness and hand-eye coordination!

Fit Full Body

Full body interval training that focuses on cardio, core, and strength. All functional movements are designed to build strength and confidence so that daily activities can be done safely and with ease.

Barre

This is a ballet-inspired fitness workout, focused on strengthening the entire body. Strength training combined with Barre, core conditioning and flexibility provide a balanced workout. No previous ballet experience is required.

Step Class

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout that targets your legs, glutes, and core while improving coordination and endurance.
In this high-energy class, you’ll use a height-adjustable step platform to perform various step routines choreographed to upbeat music. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step, helping you master the moves while keeping you motivated.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned stepper, this class offers modifications to suit all fitness levels.

ZUMBA

Try this high-energy, fun, Latin danced-based, calorie-burning cardio workout!

Synergy

Synergy Class is a multimodal group fitness class that challenges you physically and mentally while making fitness fun! This circuit training interval class uses Synergy 360 and other equipment pieces. “Adaptations for all fitness levels can be provided.”

Kickboxing

Kickboxing isn’t just a good way to shred calories and build muscles. It also improves balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Aqua Board Fitness (ABF) - not offered this session

Aqua Board is a balance and strength-based water-fitness class that uses inflatable tethered Aqua Body Strong boards in a pool for a total-body, core strengthening workout for all fitness levels.

Family Badminton - not offered this session

Badminton is a popular sport that people of all ages enjoy. It is a fast-paced game that requires quick reflexes and strategic thinking.

High Intensity

Y-Fit Circuit

High-intensity, fast-paced workout that involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise to help tone your body.

Cardio-Fit

Designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system through various high-intensity movements that increase the heart rate and allow you to work up a sweat.

Bootcamp

Looking to avoid the dreaded plateau? Look no further than Bootcamp! Using a blend of high-energy interval training and functional exercises, Bootcamp will leave you sweating!
