Enjoy a focused swim session in our 25-metre pool, perfect for fitness and technique. Lanes are designated for varying speeds to accommodate all swimmers—from casual to competitive. Whether you’re training, improving your stroke, or just looking for a great workout, lane swim offers a calm, structured environment.
Family swim is a perfect time to enjoy a safe and fun environment. The shallow 3-foot area (with an optional tot dock) and a little slide is great for little ones. While older kids can enjoy the 9-foot-deep end, twisty waterslide, and basketball hoops. Lifeguards are always on duty, but any child 7 and under must have an adult in the water within arm’s reach.
Boost your fitness with this low-impact, high-energy water workout! Aquafit combines cardio and strength exercises in the pool, making it gentle on joints while delivering a full-body challenge. Perfect for all fitness levels
Take your workout to the next level with Aquastep! Using a step platform in the water, this class blends resistance and aerobic training for a fun, dynamic session that tones muscles and improves endurance.
Become a Lifeguard
Bronze Medal series will develop skills and knowledge to execute a water rescue and respond to a non-aquatic emergency. The national Lifeguard training is designed to develop the basic lifeguarding skills, principles, and decision-making processes.
