Super Summer

Super Summer Fun!

YMCA of Saskatoon Summer Day Camps are the perfect place for kids to be kids! There are numerous activities, with plenty of exciting choices each day. Campers will enjoy games, sports, swimming, arts and crafts, and creating new friendships. At the YMCA, we are proud to provide safe, fun, supportive, and high-quality programs that encourage all children to develop in spirit, mind, and body. Parents and guardians can be sure their children are in safe, capable hands when they are with staff and volunteers at our camps.

At the YMCA of Saskatoon, we believe in supporting our communities to be active for life. This means providing children & youth experiences that are fun and enjoyable for all, with just the right challenge and level of progression, to support our children to achieve success and ultimately; help them belong, grow, thrive and lead.

This camp features a new theme each week that will keep your child active and having fun, and they may even learn a few things along the way! Includes activities such as swimming, gym games, field trips, outdoor activities at the park, crafts and themed activities. This day camp is located at the YMCA. Campers should be picked up and dropped off at the YMCA building downtown each day (no bus service for this camp).

Whether it’s your camper’s first or fifth time at camp,

we know how important it is to feel prepared and comfortable so they can focus on the most important thing — having fun!

Super Summer FAQ

Registration is online only through our Active Portal

The YMCA of Saskatoon believes the principle that those who are able to pay for programs should do so, but the inability to pay should not be a barrier to participation. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide financial assistance to those who are unable, not unwilling, to pay for programming.

If you believe this applies to you, please download and fill out the attached form and email it to camps@ymcasaskatoon.org.

If you have already applied for Financial assistance this year please email camps@ymcasaskatoon.org to let us know.

Please make sure your child has the following items:

  •     – Swimsuit/Swimming gear – Towel & bathing suit (Children are required to wear a life jacket in the deep end if they are 7 and under or do not pass the swim test. If you can provide a life jacket for your child, that is preferred, but life jackets will be available for your child’s use)
  •      – Cold lunch and peanut-free snacks
  •      – Indoor shoes
  •      – Activity book or reading book (quiet time during lunch)
  •      – Weather-appropriate clothing
